This child had interceptive Treatment with a removable maxillary trans-sagittal appliance, a period of tooth guidance, and second phase treatment timing with a TCIII. He placed a TCIII for 4 months - discontinued TCIII - let occlusion settle for 4 months then orthodontic brackets were placed to detail the occlusion. Without interceptive treatment and treatment timing this child would have faced extraction of permanent teeth and double jaw surgery.
